We implemented our High Point solution for a large pork producer which completely changed the way the business operated. FROM a situation of very limited and sporadic access via mobile phone, unreliable Skymuster and a "slow" 3G fixed wireless connection TO a farm area network, covering 6 sq km operating at 150Mbps connected to the internet via Longreach Wireless ODU modem/router connection to Telstra's LTE network at an average of 30Mbps (down and up), enabling video surveillance, Voice over WiFi (WiFi Calling) throughout the farm buildings and future expansion for a range of farm automation solutions.
LongreachWireless systems are being installed at various locations throughout Regional NSW, QLD, WA and SA replacing poorly performing 3G, ADSL and NBN SkyMuster. In some cases, it has been used to overcome urban and semi-rural blackspot issues.
